Seattle Musicians Rally For Katrina - Benefit at Tommy's Night Club
Seattle, WA. 

Tommy's Night Club & Grill will host a benefit concert for the victims of
Hurricane Katrina on Sunday, October 2, from 4 PM to 2 AM.

Titled "The SOUL of Seattle", the Benefit Concert will feature ten notable 
Seattle bands from various musical backgrounds, including featured Bumbershoot 
artists Altered States of Funk, local favorites The Soul Pistols, Soulicious 
featuring Mickey Postle, P-38, Pocket Change, Audio Pirati, The Soulcial, Threeve, 
Agnes and The Fizzgigs.

Admission to this event will be $5, and all admission proceeds will be donated 
to MusiCares in support of its efforts to assist New Orleans musicians and their 
families. MusiCares will accept general donations at the event and will also raise 
money through a raffle and select drink specials.

"The tragedy of Hurricane Katrina has deeply moved the entire Seattle community," said
Tommy's Night Club & Grill owner Jeff Andrew. "Musicians as well as music lovers
everywhere are particularly saddened by the impact this tragedy has had on the legendary 
musical community of New Orleans. This benefit concert is a way for Tommy's Night Club, 
our neighbors and the entire Seattle music community to lend support to those in need 
as a result of this disaster."
